Day 01: take drive from Kathmandu to Sundarijal, northern edge of Kathmandu Valley Trek starts passing the water reservoir and the Tamang Village-Mulkharka; then walking up in the hight reaches at Burland Bhanjyang (2500 m). From there to the bazar settlement situated on the Pati-Bhanjyang (1850 m) usually you make first night stop or camping side at chisopani for good view in the early morning of the mountains towards the north.
Day 02: the trail follows towards the north passing the Village Chipling (2500m) to Gul Bhanjyang (2150m) best for lunch place. Further more walking till evening reach the Sherpa Village, Kustumsang (2500m) where you find good food and stay at night.
Day 03: start from Kustumsang go further crossing the several forests reach Thare Pati (3600m) about seven hours walk from Kutumsang for Lunch. Then walk walk further to night stop at Malemchi, Permanently inhabited village in Helambu.
Day 04: If taken night at Thare Pati then proceed to east wards for Malemchi (2800 m) Gompa, Orchards belonging to Chinia Lama, (2600m) which looks like a Swiss mountain.
Day 05: from Tarke Gyang to the Chorten (4300m) splendid view of the Himalaya Ranges. After the lunch walk to the another Sherpa Village Sermathang (2500m) camp near the Gompa.
Day 06: Follow the ridge south wards to Kakani for good view of Lessar Himalayas to the bazaar near the Malemchi Phul suspansion bridge (800m) near the river.
Day 07: Follow the bank of Indrewati river downstream continue over a the bus stop at Panchkhal (950m) in a several daily bases run to Kathmandu.
Route
Day - Four - From Thare Pati to north wards to Thadikhola to the 4400m high over which you reach the basin of Gosainkund the holy lakes.
Day - Five - From there start to north west on the flat ridge to the grazing ground of Laurebina (3900m) Pass the newly built Sing Gompa. Steeply west wards through the forest to Dhunche (2000m).
Day - Six - The trail to south west wards high above the wild gorge of the Trisuli you will pass the village of Tamang - Grang and Ramche. A good view of the Geat Himalayan Ranges beyond the border is gained at Manigaon (1200m)
Day - Seven - To Betrawati suspension bridge and continue down stream along the Trisuli passing the power station to Trisuli Bazaar (550m). Travel by or taxi from here to Kathmandu.
