Arrival and transfer to your hotel. |
Day 02: |
Sightseeing Kathmandu, Durbar Square * and Swayambunath * . Kathmandu City is the capital and largest city of Nepal. It is the cosmopolitan heart of the Himalayan Region. It is the gateway to Nepal. It has a glorious history going back two thousand years, and a refined culture that ranks among the highest in Asia. The Swayambhunath Stupa was built on top of Swayambhunath hill. Three hundred steps lead to the top of the stupa. |
Day 03: |
Sightseeing Patan * and Pashupatinath * . The ancient city of Patan is situated on the southern bank of the river Bagmati and is about five kilometers southeast of Kathmandu. The city is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments with bronze gateways, guardian deities and wonderful carvings. Noted for its craftsmen and metal workers, it is known as the city of artists. Pashupatinath, dedicated to Shiva the Destroyer, is the holiest Hindu pilgrimage destination in Nepal. |
Day 04: |
Sightseeing Dakshinkali * , Sheshnarayan, Chobhar and Kirtipur. The Dakshinkali Temple is dedicated to Kali, the fearful form of Lord Siva's consort, Parvati. The main deity in the temple is the black stone, six-armed form of Kali, standing on a prostrated figure. Dakshinkali is at the south end of the valley between two hills and at the confluence of two rivers. |

Drive to Pokhara. Transfer to your hotel. |
Day 06: |
Sightseeing Pokhara with one hour boating on Phewa Lake. |
Day 07: |
Drive to Royal Chitwan National Park * . Transfer to your hotel. |

Jungle activities in the National Park. |

Drive to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. |
Day 10: |
Sightseeing in Budhanilkantha * , Bouddhanath * and Sankhu. Budhanilkantha is about 8km northeast of Kathmandu and 15km from Thamel, at the base of Shivapuri hill. The stupa of Boudhanath lies 8 km east of Kathmandu. This ancient colossal stupa is one of the biggest in the world. |
